The customer can choose whether they want their delivery with our private courier or with Correos de Costa Rica. Customers who wish to have their order delivered the following day will have the option of private courier, subject to an additional cost and availability, as long as the purchase is made between Monday and Friday. Our courier service only covers the GAM and some surrounding areas, if you want it outside the GAM it would only be with Correos de Costa Rica The delivery time of the order is 3-8 business days, that is, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count. The order will be sent ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY when payment has been confirmed. If you are not there when we arrive, our courier will return the package to our physical store, so you will have to pick it up or pay for the shipment again. If Correos de Costa Rica arrives at the given address and the customer is not there, Correos will return the package to one of its branches or to our store, therefore the customer will have to pick up the package or pay for the shipping again.
